It already adjusts when transitioning to armour from shields, charged shots wont get around anything. it will apply the shield bonus till shields are depleted then apply the -20% it gets to armour for the rest of the damage

i dont think this is a glitch. as i said in the other post you made about this you probably had a fraction of your armor left say .4 and the game cant display that and thus shows 0. happens all the time with dropsuits
